I have a 11 month old that naps 2 times a day for a total of 1.5 hrs at best. At nightime we put her down awake and she falls asleep very well. THEN she will sleep for acouple hrs and then get up EVERY hour! 4-7 times a night she will get up. We went to a sleep specialist and they are giving her melatonin and an iron supplement. Have you heard of this to be effective? After one month we have seen no change in her sleep. My wife is about to lose it! Haveing a career and NO sleep is taking its toll. Please help.
