    How much of a role does a sleep disorder play in the frequency of Bipolar episodes either depressive, manic, or mixed? Also, which is the most likely to emerge from lack of sleep?

    I am can not wake up, i don't have nightmares or anything like that i just cant wake up and my parents will try to wake me and i may talk to them and not remember but i still just wont wake up
