Central apnea.

I had an overnight in a sleep disorder clinic and then several weeks later another one. I never slept at all during either test because, I guess,  of all the noise and the discomfort. Snoozing all day

 I don't know anyone else that has my problems, I'd really like to find someone to talk to, someone to share my concerns & gripes with. Someone that could offer suggestions or tell me what works for them. I could lose my mind if I let it all get to me, but I refuse to let that happen!
