People Who Are Living With Sleep Disorders

Basically I'm wondering what my sleeping disorder is called.

What is it called when a person goes to sleep an hour later everyday and wakes up an hour later everday on a natural cycle. I can also stay up if it's my natural time to wake up no matter how long I was up before which often leaves me staying up for 30+ hours. I also can't enter REM sleep unless I sleep on my bodies natural... Read moreChevron

Mid-day napping

I am getting very tired everyday at about 2pm - 3pm.  It comes on very suddenly. When it happens I need to sleep right now!  After a half hour nap I am fine.
