3 year old won't sleep through the night
My 3 year old wakes up about the sametime everynight, she also has a hard time going back to sleep and will be up for a couple hours in her bed. We have a normal rutine for her for bedtime. Daughter can't stay awake
My daughter is now 16 years old, a junior in high school, and has been suffering with intense daytime sleepiness for the past 3 three years or so. vivid dreams, puffy,sore eyes
My daughter, who is 21, has vivid dreams when she sleeps. When she wakes up she feels like she hasnt even slept because her dreams are so real. Her eyes are puffy and they hurt. My wife who has been diagnosed with Fibromialgia can not sleep and is at the end of her rope Help!
My wife has tried routines from Dr Teitlebaum and others but is still not getting any sleep, she has only had about 3 hours in the past 3 days, I need help as she has tried so many things and i am worried about her.
