More exercise, healthier sperm

We learned that a short jog a couple of times a week can do wonders for sperm quality.

A study from the University of Cordoba found that men who worked out consistently for a year had faster and healthier sperm than men who were classified as sedentary.

Physically active men also had higher levels of the hormones that aid in sperm and testosterone production, and higher levels of testosterone itself. 

Another great reason to hit the gym!
