A sleep researcher says that shift work, jet lag, and bad sleep
habits create sleep problems for many men. The American Academy of
Sleep Medicine says that chronic sleep deprivation can cause
problems at work and increase the risk of car accidents. The group
recommends that men who have trouble sleeping be checked for sleep
apnea and narcolepsy.
