Green tea may fight sleep apnea effects

A study of rats suggests that drinking green tea can provide some protection against memory problems sometimes caused by sleep apnea. During an episode of sleep apnea, the flow of oxygen to the brain is disrupted, which can kill brain cells over time. The study showed that drinking six to 10 cups of green tea a day can counteract this decline. Read more »
