Researchers examined 42 people who said they had insomnia after a mild brain injury. Thirty-six percent had trouble falling asleep and waking up. The researchers said that this circadian rhythm sleep disorder--a problem with the timing of sleep--often makes it harder to recover from brain injuries. Read more »
