Cures For Toddler Sleeping Problems

Researchers have found that certain parental behaviors during
infancy caused sleep trouble for toddlers and preschoolers. These
behaviors included: staying with the baby until he or she fell
asleep, taking the child out of bed at night, and giving the child
food or drinks at night. These parental behaviors predicted some
sleep problems, including bad dreams, a total sleep time of 10
hours or less, and a delay of 15 minutes or more before falling
asleep in their children through age six.
