Differences Between Sonata And Lunesta

People who take sleep drugs think the medications help more than
they actually do, researchers say. Results of a National Institutes
of Health study showed that the common sleep meds such as Lunesta,
Ambien, and Sonata helped people sleep about 23 minutes more each
night. Researchers also found that patients have high confidence in
