Cherries could ease arthritis and gout pain, slow aging, and help fight diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers, says a report released by the Cherry Marketing Institute. Based on research performed over the past 15 years, the report also says cherries are a good source of melatonin, a naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate sleep. Read more »
