Researchers think snoring may cause bronchitis

A new study has found that people who snore nightly are 68 percent more likely to develop chronic bronchitis than people who don't snore. Researchers think that snoring may cause inflammation in the upper airway. Chronic bronchitis was defined as having a cough with phlegm most days for at least three months per year for at least two years without having a diagnosis of asthma. Read more »
