Sleep apnea linked to gestational diabetes and hypertension

Researchers analyzed data from almost four million pregnancies in America in 2003 to look for women with sleep apnea, gestational diabetes, and/or pregnancy-induced high blood pressure. Researchers found that women with gestational diabetes were more likely than the overall population to have sleep apnea.
