A small study has found poor sleep habits disrupt two hormones
associated with appetite. Test subjects deprived of sleep reported
craving high-calorie, high-density, and high-carb foods.
Researchers concluded sleep deprivation increases appetite, which
causes overeating and leads to weight gain and possibly obesity.
