People who suffer from seasonal allergies along with sleep apnea are more stressed and tired than their peers, a study suggests. Both disorders are known to contribute to daytime sleepiness and an inability to cope with daily stress, but experts say when both problems occur a patient can experience more drastic symptoms. Experts suggest that people talk to their doctor about more intense management of their conditions if they find their daily life affected.
