Stop Snoring

Researchers say a new medication could stop the snoring associated
with sleep apnea, based on results of a small study. The new drug
combines two existing drugs that affect parts of the brain
associated with increased muscle tone and airflow in breathing.
Study participants who took high doses of the new med had a 40
percent reduction of sleep apnea symptoms, compared to patients who
took the placebo.
