Use Of Melatonin

A small study has found that melatonin can solve or reduce sleeping
trouble in children with autism. Melatonin is an over-the-counter
supplement used for jet lag and insomnia. In the study, 25 percent
of parents reported their children no longer had trouble sleeping
while using melatonin, and 60 percent said sleep problems had
improved.
