Full Question:
I'm being treated by a neurologist right now but so far no help. I wake up with migraines just about every day. It seems to be a never-ending thing. It doesn't help either that I've got children at young ages. If there's any advice you may offer I will be very grateful. Thank you, Rebecca.
Answer:
Dear Rebecca;
The most common triggers for waking with a Migraine are sleep issues:
- too much sleep
- too little sleep
- disrupted sleep
- poor quality sleep
- irregular sleep...
