Why Do I Have Trouble Sleeping

Researchers say that people with fibromyalgia are very likely to
have trouble sleeping, which can make pain and other symptoms of
the condition worse. Six hundred patients with fibromyalgia
answered questions about sleep, pain, depression, and physical
functioning at the start of the study and a year later. Initially,
96 percent of participants slept poorly. One year later, 95 percent
still had trouble sleeping.
