Chronic insomnia may lead to anxiety and depression

A new study has found that people who have sleep trouble for more than a few weeks may be at a higher risk of developing anxiety and depression. Researchers say this may help doctors diagnose these related mental health problems earlier. Insomnia is the most reported sleep disorder with about 30 percent of adults reporting some symptoms.  Read full story >
