Study: Parents can spot sleep problems in kids

Researchers say that observations from parents are an important part of diagnosing sleep problems in children. A small study tracked 151 overweight children to learn whether an overnight sleep test or a parent questionnaire was better at predicting kids� quality of life. The study author said that parents could tell when sleep problems started to affect social and academic aspects of their child�s life.  Read full story >
