Could the right mattress ease insomnia?

At several large bedding trade shows this year, developers showed off mattresses they claimed could help ease insomnia and reduce night sweating. Customized homeopathic mattresses that are filled with natural relaxants such as lavender, rose, and chamomile could make it easier to fall asleep, developers say. Another bedding company makes 3D fabrics that allow air to circulate around you during sleep--a factor they say can be helpful for men and women who deal with night sweats.  Read full story >
