Bergamot Wash. Although you’ll spend a little extra on this, it is totally worth it. The Bergamot, chamomile, tangerine and sweet almond extracts in this face wash help calm irritation on the most sensitive parts of your face.

Rodan and Fields Soothe Line. The detoxifying peptides help to alleviate dry, chapped, cracked skin and help reduce visible signs of redness. Choose from their Gentle Cream Wash, Sensitive Skin Treatment, Moisture Replenishing Cream and even their Mineral Sunscreen with SPF 30.

Parry’s Botanical line is made with “botanical extracts, free of perfumes, dyes and parabens.” Basically perfect for those with psoriasis and sensitive skin! Another reason I love this line is because the lotion doesn’t leave you feeling greasy.

St. Ives is a paraben free, 100 percent natural moisturizer with apricot extract, shea butter, soy bean oil, and glycerin. It gives you the lotion feel without the heavy residue.

Aveeno is another go-to for me with a variety of products for face and body. Always stick with their non-fragrant products, which tend to come with less of a chance for irritation. Don’t forget the sunscreen, light enough for daily use!

With no parabens, no sulphates and no harsh chemicals, The Goat Skincare is a great option. Their products are “filled with pure, natural ingredients, sustainable palm oil and fresh ethically farmed Australian goat’s milk.”

J.R. Watkins long-lasting lotion is a combination of shea and cocoa butter and a “rich, every-day formula” that contains ten essential oils and plan derived extracts to give skin deep moisture. I love to keep this one in my purse for everyday use!
