About Me
Well, I have been smoking for too long .. and often tried or contemplated quitting ... Then something would happen and my willpower goes down the tubes ... I am an MS patient, and also Chronic Pain .. belong to these sites here on Health Central ... Have 3 Packs of nicotine gum, and am afraid to try .. as I have a bad habit of swallowing gum , aside from that excuse, some of my docs have sugessted quitting, and some don't think it such a good idea ... So, I am really disgusted with this bad bad habit ... and somehow must find a way ... thanks ... A
