    Thanks so much Anne for your wonderfully descriptive account of the quitting smoking trip.  This week's points are great, I think, even if you have already quit or never smoked, to try and keep calm and enjoy some balance.

    Thanks, Sue. Yes, we can all use some de-stressors in our lives. As I was writing that post, I was thinking to myself that I need to be sure and follow my own advice! Even though I don't think of smoking any longer, I do still need to remember to slow down and smell the flowers.
