    Thanks again Anne for a great post.  GO TEAM.  That is how I think of this website.  One team all with the same goal - to win the fight and stop smoking for good.  I hope lots of our readers have gotten through to week 4 and if not plan on stepping right back onto the path.  It is so important not to go backwards but to always move forwards even if there are a few wobly steps along the way.

     

    For additional help with the challenges of smoking, take a look at our managing smoking area.  As well, learning how to live differently now that you have quit can be challenging.

    Thanks, Sue - "Go team" is right! When people start smoking (often as teens) they have no idea how hard it will be to quit one day. When they do finally try to quit, they need support and encouragement to get through the inevitable rough spots. Thanks for cheering everyone on!
