Hi Alli. I have always wondered if I was predestined to smoke because of a genetic connection with my mom and dad. I can remember when I was a little girl, along with my brother, hiding my mom's cigarettes on her because we hated it so much.
Of course both my brother and I succumbed to the smoking cycle. I quit 5 years ago, my brother still smokes. Mom and Dad quit too, though it took my mom many, many years to finally quit.
All the best, sue (moderator)
