    Thanks so much for your post.  It is truly remarkable that smoking can cause such wide spread damage in the body.

     

    You might be interested in reading Our Expert Anne Mitchell's post "Dealing With Smoking Withrdrawal".  She talks about all the good and amazing healing that happens to your body the moment (and then the day and then the month and so on) that you take your last inhale on a cigarette.  I had no idea as an ex-smoker (5 years) how healthy I actually was!
