    Thanks so much for your post Doctor.  As a former smoker I can say quitting is really such a tough thing to do.  But if one has the right motivation it can make it a bit easier.  As well, having tools and techniques to help get through the withdrawal symptoms and other issues is crucial in achieving the goal.
