Doing just fine

Hi all - was asked how my smoke free vacation went and happpy to report that it went very well .... we even went to a casino to see a review ... the smoke was thick in the air and yet I had no urge, just got a sore throat and itchy eyes from all the smoke ... lol ... Hi - I am new to this site, but not Health Central .. as a subscriber to the MS & Chronic Pain sites , it is time to kick this habit that has been plagueing me for years .. we smokers are a dying breed

it's been a while since my last attempt at quitting. i didn't smoke at all the month of march last year, i was hospitalized. it felt so good to be a nonsmoker!! i really want that. they're even tasting good lately, unfortunately. i'll use this site to go get motivated, wish me luck.

Hello from a colorful nut .

Hello , I am determined to lose weight and stop smoking and this will help with other health issues that I will deal with later .For now this is enough. I have the patches and running out of cig.s hope to start then....
