Motivation to quit

I just finished my pack and am hoping to be able to quit this time around. I've manage to lose 40 lbs over the last 1 1/2 year by joining SparkPeople, they have a great site. Not just about diating but really about changing your lifestyle. I've improved my eating habbits and exercise 30 to 60 min. at least 5 days a week.... Read more Chevron

I need to know!

Hello, Why does my arm hurt when I put the patch on my arm? Every now and then my whole arm aches. Then it goes away. It will go through this cycle the entire time it's on my arm. Is that normal? Lois
