A study published in the Journal of Neuroscience shows that brain changes in the elderly are similar to a younger demographic.  This means that, no matter the age, individuals maintain the capacity to learn and develop new skills.  Keeping these skill levels current, however, requires habitual practice.  Here are seven tips to keep your brain active.
