At-Home Facial: Seven Steps to Glowing Skin

Unfortunately, stress is not just an inconvenience. It’s related to a whole host of health issues, both physical and mental. Not only does chronic stress place you at greater risk of heart disease and other ailments, it also creates bad health habits when people don’t manage stress effectively. People who suffer from stress tend to have erratic eating habits and those who drink or smoke are more likely to do so under stress.
The good news is that you can help manage your stress by taking care of yourself and finding healthy ways of calming your anxiety. One way to take some time out is by giving yourself a facial to soothe strained muscles and pamper your overworked brain.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for a quick and easy facial aimed at rubbing out stress.

2. Wash your face with your regular cleanser. Pat dry.
