Why is my Blood Pressure 125/95?

My Blood Pressure Is 125/95 And I Never Have A High Blood Pressure So What Caused It ?
i am 32 years old, for the first time in my life i was diagnosed to have a high blood pressure of 125/95.
what has caused it and how do i deal with it ? do i have to worry?
High blood pressure is caused by a variety of conditions - narrowed arteries (caused by high cholesterol and plaque build-up), excess weight, emotional stress, psychological factors (i.e. aggressive type A personality), smoking, malfunctioning hormonal regulators, and a high sodium diet. Your MD should be able to help you narrow down the cause of your high blood pressure. Yes, you do have reason to worry. Ideally blood pressure should be less than 120/80. As blood pressure creeps up damage occurs to artery walls and organs. The more prolonged the high blood pressure, the more the damage.
