The Cartilage Is Gone In My Right Knee Is There Any Help Without Having Knee Replacement?
There are several options to help restore the cartilage without having to replace the entire joint.
The American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons has this wonderful article that will give you an overview about the articular cartilage restoration options.
And one thing not mentioned in this article but worth mentioning are these options:
Synovial Fluid Supplementation: Injections into the joint using a product like Synvisc.
Anti-Inflammatory Diet: Reduce sugar and carb intake while balancing the Omegas can help a great deal.
Tumeric: This spice helps to support cartilage health and reduce inflammation.
Knee replacement should be the last option because it has the greatest risks.
