Are There Certain Foods (Grapefruit, Limes, Etc) That You Should Not Eat If You Are Taking Nexium
Thank you for your question. There are no foods that interact with Nexium directly, but if you are suffering from acid reflux there are foods that you should try to avoid. You can read more about the Acid Reflux/GERD diet here. In general, try to avoid spicy foods, caffeine, and acidic foods (such as the grapefruit, limes, and other citrus fruits you mentioned). All of these things can increase the amount of acid in your stomach, which can worsen your symptoms. I hope this helps!
