Chest Pain Shortness Of Breath Healthy 23 Yr Old Female

I have been feeling exhausted/ill for almost 2 months now. I have high blood pressure (150) recently received steroids and antibiotics for severe sinus infection. I have shortness of breath and a consistent pain in my chest that increases while lying down or if am stressed. I am a 23 year old female super active (run 5Ks etc) I do not smoke and have no history of cancer. I do have ADHD and take 70mgs of Vyvanse per day but I also get my blood pressure check monthly and only in the last 2 weeks have developed high blood pressure and chest pain. I am also not overweight (5'2 and 115lbs) I'm scared to go to a professional but sometimes it hurts so much I cant sleep/breathe. When he Dr. Used a stethoscope on me during diagnosis for my sinus infection 2-3 weeks ago he said he heard fluid in my chest. What could this be? I don't think it's pneumonia I have no cough or any other symptom of that.

I recommend you follow up with your doctor to get answers to your questions. Here is a link to some information: Pleural effusion - this may or may not be what your doctor was referring to by "fluid in your chest". ~ Lisa Nelson RD
