My Cholesteraol Is 199, Tri - 88, 41 - Hdl And 140 - Ldl. Is This Bad?

Hi Joyce,

Here are the recommendations of the American Heart Association:

Total cholesterol less than 200 - 190 is within normal
HDL cholesterol at least > 40, ideally > 60 - 41 could be improved
LDL cholesterol at least less than 130, ideally less than 100 - 140 is elevated
Triglycerides less than 150 - 88 is great
