My Cholesterol Is 224 Triglycerides 99 Hdl 91 Ldl 113 Is This Bad?
Here are the recommendations of the American Heart Association:
Total cholesterol less than 200
HDL cholesterol at least > 40, ideally > 60
LDL cholesterol at least less than 130, ideally less than 100
Triglycerides less than 150
Your numbers are elevated. Fortunately these numbers are greatly effected by what you eat. Your total cholesterol is above the 200 mark. Here is a link that may help you in that area: Your Checklist to Lower Cholesterol.
