I have arthritis on my knees & someone told me to take a daily glassful of Apple Cider Vinegar with Pure Honey for the pain but I am diabetic & I don’t know if the honey will raise my

blood sugar. Please advise me.

Answer

Margaret-

Apple Cider Vinegar seems to be fine for diabetic’s to drink. People use it to control weight or help lower their fasting blood sugars. Pure honey has a lot of carbohydrates and calories. Honey has more carbohydrates in it than granulated sugar. It is fine to use honey in your drink but use it in moderation. I wouldn’t use a lot of it because it may cause your blood sugar to spike.

Good luck
