Social events at restaurants can instead be a source of anxiety for someone living with food allergies. A great way to get back to enjoying time at restaurants with friends is to go in with a plan. We’ve talked to HealthCentral guest writer and allergy advocate, Cody Sklar, about the things people can do to prepare for a fun night out.
