Dizziness When Moving Head Or Laying Down

Dizziness When Moving Head Or Laying Down

I get very dizzy when laying down or moving my head around. I thought it may go away, but it just keeps getting worse over the last two weeks.

I was in a car accident a year ago. I have very low blood pressure, and I am not overweight. Any advice?

I hope you are doing well. Did you ever find out why you were experiencing dizziness? I am not a doctor and can't diagnose you, but I think the low blood pressure might be the first warning sign. How low is it? have you had it measured lately? Vertigo can have a lot of causes, so if you are experiencing it such a severe degree, I would suggest visiting your doctor for a full examination.

Please let us know how you are doing. I'm sure your experience and what you've learned could be of great benefit to others in the community.

Best of luck,
