I use castor oil, but I’ve recently heard that it is a triglyceride raiser. Is this true? Please help!
I tried to find some information on castor oil and its effect on cholesterol levels for you, but I wasn’t able to find good information I wanted to share. I’m not aware of a link between castor oil and elevated triglycerides. Castor oil is a fat and is more likely to impact LDL cholesterol levels. Consider discussing with your physician to learn more.
