Does Celebrex Induce A Cough

I have a persistant cough like a flux that is uncontrollable ,can celebrex cause this

Answer

Hi Nanny70,

Celebrex can cause coughing as a less common side-effect. Looking it up on RXlist.com, I found the following under the area which describes side-effects seen in less than 2% of patients in clinical trials.

Respiratory: Bronchitis, bronchospasm, bronchospasm aggravated, coughing, dyspnea, laryngitis, pneumonia

It would be a good idea to call your doctor just to get a professional opinion.
