I have heard that eating corn or food made with corn or corn flour causes cellulite. Is this true?

Answer

Hi there

This is a new one on me! In researching your question I see no research about this link. Where did you hear this? I am under the impression that cellulite is more genetic than anything else.

If you can show us any research about this let us know. Otherwise I don’t know of any association.

Thank you for your question.
