Does Yogurt Cause Migrains?

Hi Chris,

Yogart doesn't trigger a Migraine attack for me, but that doesn't mean it couldn't trigger one for you. Foods that trigger Migraines in some people, don't trigger them in others. For example, chocolate can trigger a nasty Migraine in some people, but other Migraineurs (people with Migraines) can eat it without a problem. The best way to find out what foods may or may not be triggering your Migraines is to keep a Migraine/food diary for three months. It sounds like a lot of work, but really isn't too bad once you find the right app or diary to do it. We have one you can download on our site in our article, Managing Migraine - Managing Food Triggers, on the last page.

You may also want to check out our other information on Migraine triggers on our Migraine Trigger Information Page.

Good luck
