As part of Migraine and Headache Awareness Month (MHAM), the National Headache Foundation (NHF) is holding a "World Without Headache" video contest this month. The purpose of the contest is, "To increase awareness of migraine and headache and its impact on the individual, his or her family, and society."
Four winners will be selected and announced on June 7, 14, 21, and 30. Those winners will receive a complementary one-year membership to the National Headache Foundation. The weekly winners will be entered for a Grand Prize of $1,000. There will be a public voting period from July 1 until July 10 to select the winner.
Videos will be judged on the following:
- Does the video promote awareness of headache or migraine?
- Is there a focus on what a world without headache and migraine means to the entrant, the family, and friends?
- The content, production quality, creativity, and effectiveness of the message.
