How Much Fruit Can A Diabetic Eat Each Day?

I have Type 2 diabetes and am very overweight. I've started a diet on my own, and I was wondering how much fruit to eat without my sugar levels going up too high. Thanks for any advice.

Hello! I wanted to share a post written by David Mendosa (expert) called "More Trouble with Fructose." I think the information provided in the sharepost will help you out. Even though fruit is okay to eat, it is very high in fructose and some fruits cause your blood glucose to spike. David also lists a few fruits that will not cause a high spike. Moderation is the key.
