Gentleman 89 Suffered Sudden Spongy Feeling In Feet When Walking. Is This Anything To Worry About?

Answer

Not being a doctor I can't tell you if its anything to worry about but I can tell you that my father, who is 80, suffers from numbness in the feet. It's a function of peripheral neuropathy - a fairly common condition as people age. Often when nerve problems occurs as we age they show up in the feet first. Certainly if its something that continues you should tell your doctor about it. Good luck!
